Central Florida Winds, the premier wind ensemble of Central Florida, formed as a volunteer wind ensemble in October 1999. The mission of the ensemble is to provide professional level players the opportunity to perform an exceptional and diverse range of classical music repertoire. Players come from Brevard, Volusia, Indian River, Alachua and Orange Counties.

Central Florida Chamber Winds was organized by members of Central Florida Winds. The premiere concert was held November 2001 at Eastminster Presbyterian Church with the Indialantic Chamber Singers.  Central Florida Winds depends primarily on individual donations and sponsorships by local businesses and organizations. Your support, no matter what size, can make a big difference in enriching the musical climate of Brevard County.
